It's good at its own theme, not better than the Clashy Constructs, but nice to have a visual refresh.

You can't gift the scenery. You have to purchase it through card and gift your friend the google play/Apple Gift Card to your friend so that he can redeem it and purchase the new scenery.

OT got me some pirateness.
Anyone think the panable map is slightly bigger than standard? Leads me to speculate that a bigger playable map could be on the cards. May be wrong but it does seem larger overall. Base map is unchanged.
