I’m thinking of skins for the battle machine since there are skins for the other hero’s... these skins could be included in the pass

A battle machine skin would be lovely, but it has to be converted into 3D model like Main village heroes in order to add skins. And here's what Community Manager Darian said:

We don't have any plans for a Battle Machine skin or plans to convert it to 3D for future skins. That may change in the future, but for now, skins will remain only in the Home Village.

Battle machine is better with visual changes. It would not make sense to have it. you would need two skins per a single skin because Master builder stops controlling the dude at Level 30. A skin for battle machine w/builder and a skin for auto controlled battle machine

None of this makes much sense.

When the HV heroes were rendered in 3D all the visual changes that occurred, through the levels, were removed in favour of a single default model. That would naturally apply, should a change ever be made, to the level 30 BM; where a completely enclosed dome is on top; presumably with the MB inside!

I don’t think enough people even care about the Builder Base (and thus the BM) for this to happen anytime soon.
