an electric mine that can stun or zap enemy's troops for some period of time but without any damage or very low damage. It will work as electro dragon's chain lightning attack.
This trap's target will be based on troops housing space just like spring trap.

This is just another form of a tornado trap. It does little damage and monetarily stops troops in their attacks. It does everything u described above in one form or another. E.g the lightning chain attack that u spoke of is equivalent to the tornado trap damaging multiple units at the same time.
