Active L. 35 player looking for an active neighborhood!

Hello,

I'm sick of joining random, highly inactive neighborhoods that don't participate or do terribly in the Derby!

My farm level is 35, and I've been playing Hay Day since 2014. I've just gone back to playing Hay Day, so I'm highly active right now. I currently live in Dubai, UAE, if that's any useful information.

Any long-term neighborhoods I could join that have active players and participate in the Derby?

Our main hood is full! So we are trying something different! We designed this hood with the casual derby player in mind. This hood is brand new so starting out in rookie league.
