Alright well I have had my clan for now a season starting tonite. Sadly people hop and hop and hop. I had a thread up trying to recruit new member but people flood over there in the Clan Talk section. So I'm seeing anyone that is looking for new clan or a free agent willing to help me run this clan of mine. There is about 12 of us now but has been as many as 24 but people leave or wanna be a requester but not a donator. Any help will be great to turn the tide. Here is what I had posted in another clan bout my clan.
GANG OF MASTERS
Alright, my name is Calais Atkins and my CoC name is MultiPlayaBeast/28 years old/African/Funny guy to talk with/Very observant of members concerns.
I'm the leader of this new clan "Gang of Masters" and my trophy count currently as of 01/19/2014 1862/TH7/LVL63 (I update every time I get on forums). I give lvl2 dragons, lvl2 healers, lvl2 minions, lvl1 hogs and everything else at TH7 in troops lvl4. I'm on here looking for new recruits to help this clan becomes bigger and stronger. Folk that really are looking for a new start and new way of playing the game. There are thousands of clans out there but I'm hoping people are willing to take a chance here and demonstrate loyalty and responsibility.
These are the things I'm looking for in new recruits and standard rules:
1.)The most easiest one to know is to donate and donate what is asked for.
a.)Dumping: giving troops that the person did not request. This is not tolerated here as we don't want people's playstyles hampered because someone wants to simply donate. Treat people as you want them to treat you.
2.)Be active
a.)This includes chatting every now and then, giving advice to others that ask for it, your donations is on par, requesting for troops, showing replays of your adventures to other villages and simply not disappearing off the face of our gang.
3.)Willingness to become an elder the right way.
a.)This means to outshine the other clan members in donations, ready to recruit, being a clan member above and beyond. I want folk I can trust to handle clan issues and new folk coming in the most responsible way.
4.)Have your base up to par
a.)I'm looking for people that are upgrading their bases appropriately and intelligently. Bases with lvl6 walls and lvl 3 walls is not acceptable. By the end of the season if you are new depending on your lvl and TH you should have the max walls for said TH. Critique others bases and make sure any bad defense you have you are willing to make adjustments.
5.)At the present moment I'm accepting farmers and those at lvl 30 and above. If you really desire to be part of the clan then try not to let your trophies go under 1100. I understand farming just fine but that doesn't look good to newcomers that want to see a clan farming but not destroying how bad their trophy count look.
6.)Have fun people!
a.)At the end of the day this is just a game but if you know the real meaning of being a clan member then that means doing your part and not just leeching for good troops or whatever. That means too no swearing! Nothing fun in cussing all the time. Talk to everyone and find new friends, networks or love (lol, like that could happen)
So in the end these are the basics of the clan. If there is any problems then I will address them. I really need people who want to be a team player so that means no hoppers. I want this clan to rise to the top but it takes people putting in the effort and not simply looking at this game as just a game. There are plenty of children like clans that are ok with you just tagging along. I'm online pretty much all the time but I'm out here in the United States Central Time Zone. So I gotta sleep but I when I come on I will greet you and such.
