Not trying to start a flame war but someone recently started this thread about discovering a level 234 (which I found interesting and i wanted to reply) and it was immediately closed for redundancy.

What gives, am I missing something?
- Not everyone can successfully search the forum as well others (especially experienced mods). What key phrases could you even use to find these 8 threads he speaks of (I wasn't able to find any).
- From what I can see, the stickied hall of fame only has a single row in the chart mentioning Alex (the level 234). I don't see what's wrong with starting a new thread paying homage to an individual player (seems like a perfect reason to start a thread). OP took time to take screen shots of the player's profile and everything which showed Alex also has over 1 billion gold/elixer farmed which I thought was notable along with his high donation amount.
- The mod wraps the word "finding" in quotations which seems like a subtle (yet harmless) insult to the OP seemingly making fun of OP for thinking he was the first to discover the level 236
If I was the OP or Alex I would be really disappointed by this (which disappoints me all the same). Anyways excuse my rant and I'm not trying to single out the mod or defend only this post. I'm actually just curious in general about what dictates a truly acceptable thread which won't invoke these kind of responses (which seem common).
