ok, so this is what I had to watch today.
GW took unnecessary 35 seconds to finsh of a wall nobody cared about anymore.
That‘s nearly 20% (!) of the total attack time wasted.
What happened:
GW was supporting a single Barbarian trying to get through a wall.
When the Barbarian was picked off, the Warden continued the attack on the wall piece, although there was till a Wizard left. Maybe he was out of range for the GW to switch his support.
When also the Wizard died, the GW still did not re-target, he continued to hit that wall piece which was originally in support of the long gone Barbarian.
With all troops gone and only the Warden left, who was he supporting? Certainly not me, the Chief, because he wasted 24 further seconds until that wall piece crumbled into bits and he finally moved on to add %.
Here are the pics to go with that story:
(( 1 )) GW in support of the Barb
(( 2 )) Barb dies
(( 3 )) GW ignores Wiz, instead keeps on hitting the wall, Wiz dies
(( 4 )) No troops left only GW, who keeps hitting the wall
(( 5 )) wall finally bust, only now does GW move on to new targets (ofcourse jumping over the wall to get there)
(( 6 )) shows what would be possible, 2 extra % in 7 seconds, compared to wasted 35 seconds spent on that wall
