Question Use ‘@‘ to put clan chat message directed at individual member in their Inbox

Hi all, basically suggesting CoC employ @<username> functionality used in MS Teams, Twitter, to make sure member you are addressing gets/sees/looks for message you are intending for them. And then those messages can go to one’s Inbox, maybe? For example, in CWL when making substitutions, sometimes my notes as leader to members I am subbing in/out get lost in chat, and I’m not sure if they’ve seen request to jump in to take another member’s place. B/c sometimes there is so much chat that unless one scrolls through it all routinely — painful — then it’s easy to miss these messages. Also seems to be less intrusive than blasting everyone’s Inbox with these specific messages. Thanks for considering!

As long as I can turn off the push notification then I'd be fine with this. I don't need my entire clan spamming me with @s and blowing up my phone with push notifications while I'm offline.

No from me. I really don't need people spamming me for troops, especially if I actually have things I need to do.

For these to work, you would need to have an inbox.,

Which means private chat. Which is ruled out.
