I searched and tried out several clans I found through search and forums. Battle Axed was what I was looking for: Active, donations, actual war strategy (but not overkill), people online, Optional Discord is nice, good range of THs (9-13). If you’re looking for like-minded clashers and tired of inactive or poorly organized clans, take a look here like I did.
