    No. Just no. It would outrage everyone with decent leveled walls. Flaming walls and zap walls really aren't necessary and they are supposed to be hard to upgrade

    Mate that is an awesome idea ( any supercell employee the works on clash of clans should notice this and bring it up in any meaning or what ever )

    The wall prices DO NOT need to be reduced.

    As the opening post pointed out, walls while they look good and are good against some troop types - they are useless against others.

    Walls are there to give the hardcore farmers/clashers something to achieve. But they aren't OP to the point where players with lower walls cannot defeat them.

    I watched a shocking replay of our of my clan mates getting carried away attacking a base with gold walls…problem was everything else was TH10 max and he lost.

    Walls are handy, but not essential. So the prices are fine, if you want to grind them - grind. If you don't, ignore them and move on - it won't harm you too much at the end of the day.

    People usually stop at lvl 8 or 9 sometimes 10.. Because of air troops and jump spells.. 11 are just for maxed bases

    What do you say to people who worked hard to upgrade them? Put yourself in their place, having worked all walls 750mil (250 lvl 10) when it cost only 250mil(after reduce) would you really want that? You only think about what benefits you, therefor i will make this clear: I HATE YOUR WAY OF THINKING! Think 10 Times before posting a topic like this.

    Level 1: 180,000 Gold
    Level 2: 360,000 Gold
    Level 3: 720,000 Gold
    Level 4: 1,280,000 Gold
    Level 5: 1,960,000 Gold
    Level 6: 2,680,000 Gold
    Level 7: 5,360,000 Gold
    Level 8: 6,480,000 Gold

    All that gold accumulates to 19,020,000 Gold total for just one Wizard Tower.
    Multiply that by 4, comes out to 76,080,000 Gold.

    I am not going to do every single building, such as Mortars, and Air Defense, and such.

    But here is what I am saying. And I will start from Level 8 walls.

    Level 8 walls: 500,000 Gold each
    Level 9 walls: 1,000,000 Gold each
    Level 10 walls: 3,000,000 Gold each
    Level 11 walls: 4,000,000 Gold each.

    Next comes the calculations.
    250 x 500,000 = 125,000,000
    250 x 1,000,000 = 250,000,000
    250 x 3,000,000 = 750,000,000
    250 x 4,000,000 = 1,000,000,000

    So in total, that accumulates to 2,125,000,000 Gold total. This clearly defeats any other buildings. There is no competition from the price of walls, from the price of any other buildings that are clearly more important than walls. Starting from Level 8 walls. And this includes no Gemming whatsoever. Over 2 billion Gold would have to be accumulated to just upgrade walls where walls don't even matter to Hog Riders and Hog Riders are a VERY VERY VERY common troop high level player uses.

    This concludes as to why I suggest that Supercell should lower the cost of walls. Thank you all very much for reading, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on this issue. Take care, and Clash On!!!!
