Clan Games complete and Leave

Does anyone know of any clans that max out rewards every clan games AND they encourage/allow people to join, complete a task, then leave?
I have done this before but finding clans that do this is hard.

last two clan games and at various times in the past, I've offered our clan up for people to join and do games if they want. we haven't hit max yet, although we should tomorrow.
