I know that here we can't do anything for the accounts that are locked
But I have a question that i am contacting support but they are ending conversation after asking in which clan you were why is that so?

Nobody here on the forums will have an answer for you... this is something you'll need to sort out with support. I have no clue as to why they would change such information. Maybe input it again and ask if they please will not change it this time or something...
