How may days supercell take to reply a message?
Usually 1-2 days, but it could be as long as a week. Be patient and just wait for their reply, they'll get to you when it's your turn. And don't spam the chat with additional messages because it only increases the likelihood that they'll close your support ticket without getting an answer.Originally Posted by AshrakShohas

Indeed. Moreover, AFAIK, Player Support has offices in various locations worldwide, and due to COVD-19, they may not be fully staffed yet per regulations from the local governments.
