That is one of the custom deco. It should be in the tab that has the paintbrush and hammer. Check there for it. If it is not there, you will need to contact support.

If you are under level 71, you can only find it in Edit mode, same place.

I also saw that I received a custom deco from the derby but it's not in my inventory (yes I checked the "custom decoration" tab). But when I contacted support they said sorry but there's nothing we can do. Thanks SC...
