If you noticed a temporary lapse in peanut ads a while back, it’s because I tried to buy all of the advertised peanuts where they just had 10 in the shop. I got the brilliant idea that my door to door people would buy them from me on one of those double coin days. Lol. They did not. I sold a bunch for one coin. (And didn’t advertise them) The only thing that gets rid of the peanut ads is triple crop day I think. Or maybe during the valley season when everyone is growing peppers or pumpkins. The DD is garbage right now, but I did find an unsuspecting peanut ad person selling planks and candy apples recently. They probably didn’t realize their peanut ad was being recycled nonstop?

Hi... have you bought the squirrels yet? They collect the peanuts from the bushes... they are under the animal tab which you can get to through the cash register icon... good luck!

In addition to buying the squirrels you must also buy the squirrel tree. You will collect your peanuts that the squirrels collect at the squirrel tree.

I'm actually very happy there was a surplus of peanuts. My town took 23 one day. Perhaps the high amounts requested was the solution to clearing them out?

If you could expect to find 1 or 2 ads for peanuts in an average paper, that would be good. If you usually find more than that, there's too much. And currently, by that standard, there's too much peanuts.

If it’s not peanuts clogging the DD, it’s going to be something else so there is no difference.

The issue is not collecting peanuts but advertising them. Why do people do that? Nobody is buying peanuts anymore. The collection speed has been highly reduced. It’s easy to just put them in the shop and wait for Greg or Tom to buy

I frequently use peanuts as an ad to get a boat filled. They rarely last 2 boats, and not because of Greg or Tom.

Me too. It keeps the ad up longer and players see the exclamation point that I need help. Greg, Tom, or a player eventually buys.

Stop telling other people how to play the game. You play the way you like and let everyone else play the way they like.

I play to make all the masteries, including the Squirrel House and I will keep collecting those peanuts as much as I want. The game I play is MY GAME, and I don’t need you judging it and trying to impose your play style on me.
