Season bank does’t work

Hello I bought the pass for the month of September and with this comes the season bank, the problem is that mine has a bug. This morning I played for more than 2 hours to make the maximum attack. have collected more than 5 million gold and elixir but my season bank has absolutely not increased or very slightly !! On the other hand, no bug to declare on the dark elixir!
I would like that to be fixed, I paid for the pass to have this season bank but it does not work !!

Check your storages. If they are full during attacks then the season bank does not accumulate ressources.
