Well there are conflicting reports on that account. I read the forum a lot it seems like the majority of people are upset about the return on their time investment being lower than before. I wonder just how widespread the would-be-far-more serious problem of being unable to profit at all from raiding really is.

I don't find any problem with the loot, im th9 and i get min 200k each raid. It all depends on the players, if you don't max your setup/def etc you cant expect to become champion, neither have your loot safe during the time you are not playing. TH10 have bad loot because its the max th lvl, people should think before upgrading, besides its all ready clear that the loot gets decresed when you upgrade your th. SC is improving the game and everyone wont be satisfied, be patient and wait. I think SC knows already about the balance problems, the moderators reads the threads so reporting the complains is kinda part of their job.

Also, steve i think you should tell SC to add some fuel to the fire, its about time. There is alot of ideas, that people post everyday, make some of them and let the people enjoy the game more, even if all won't be that satisfied. SC should think about things that all players can use/have instead of cousing on only th10(which in my view is already overpowered and don't need more stuff, maybe only DE-troops)

A maxed TH9 cost 1,198,759.050 Gold. If you manage to go positive 100.000 each attack you have to attack 11.978 times!! Doesn't that show that the mines produce far to little loot into the game compared with the costs?

Two extra collectors or let them produce far more can't take more than a few hours developer time. They don't have to invent something new. I don't understand why it doesn't happen right on.

As a decent TH8 I slowly collect sculls, about 155-160 ATM, I feel it's possible to max out my base over time but when I see what a complete TH9 base costs, it just doesn't feel fun anymore. I refuse to have a mediocre TH9, then I prefer to max my TH8 and let it be. Is that what Supercell what people to do?

Feel a bit frustrated when I think about it because I've had and have fun with the game and with my clan.

TH9 of 10 do you want the game to be completed? The main point with the game is to improve, if it was easy to do why even play? Also im th9 and i get at least 200k

I don't think the mines and collectors are there to be used for upgrading. If you sat there waiting on your mines to produce enough gold to upgrade anything then you got a long wait... I think they are there for the times when you hit rock bottom and don't even have enough to create troops, or enough gold to search for a base to attack...

They are also there to create loot in the game. All the gold that you steal has been made by a mine at one point, there is no way around that fact.

please don't tell me your are sinking all your devs into boom beach, because that game blows and is a total flop in my eyes.

have you given up on clash of clans or what?
The boom beach Dev team is a completely different group, and would you like to have to read and reply to 32,000 threads?

What do you consider as completed? when you maxed a TH10? even if you maxed a TH10 you can still climb the trophy ladder. lets say you managed to be the Top global player, you'll still be defending your number one title.

For me the only way to win in this game is switch it off and never play it again, currently I'm losing but I'm getting close to winning...

Adding a filter like this would certainly reverse that affect and make those saving up resources for specific upgrades especially vulnerable. I don't think many players would be searching for small loot amounts.

I agree that a filter wouldn't help, but also want to point out that players are basically searching as if a filter were in place, only that they have to expend vast amounts of gold in searching. This only compounds the issues related to the lack of loot. There is no way to recover that gold leaving the pool and really points to how critical of an issue 'Nexting' is.

I know no one is thinking in these terms, but you really ought to ask yourself in your offices:

How many times do you expect the avg. player to press next to find a decent amount of loot?

Really, consider doing this and let us know because for those of us who have loyally played your game from the start, we are well aware of the trend both on the forums and in the game. These flare ups are cyclical as I've seen the same complaints from players when they had to press next more than 10 times, then 20, then 30, and now people claiming to be pressing more than 50 times on avg. with outliers above a hundred.

I myself have never had to press next more than a 100 times (have come close on very rare occasions), but this trend does beg the question:

Do you have a limit in place, or are y'all just playing it by ear?

I have for myself set my own limit, that being that if I ever come to the point where I am pressing more than 100 times on avg. to find a base to attack, I will find better ways to spend my time despite how addicted I am to this game. You won't find such loyalty from the vast majority of players, but I'm an old school gamer used to the grind.

Great concept, great game, but I'll be honest and say that it at times feels poorly managed.
