Agreed but last year tencent grows from 50% owner to 51,2% ownership.

Is that Clash of Clans going to banned in India ?

Recently India Banned lot of Chinese apps for data breach issue. Also, now announced going to ban 275 more apps from China. Which includes more popular games too..

And i found all over the internet, social media and channel Supercell games too in the list and also they mentioned Clash of clans..

I found Supercell origin from Helsinki, Finland. But, many laws mentioned that Helsinki-based Supercell games which has Chinese Investment.

    What is the truth ?
Is that Supercell games gonna ban in India ?
or Supercell games in the list is just rumour ?
or any offÓcial news, post or article from supercell for this issue ?

Kindly Confirm anything.. Give some solid news.. Am really worried after hearing news that Supercell games too in the list and going to ban soon in India..

Please reply with some trusted news.
I request any supercell staffs to confirm.
    with any trusted news..

    Looking for postive answers.. ♥

I know this isn't the answer your looking for but if India were to ban Clash, i'm pretty sure SC will have zero say in the matter. I do find this worrisome as well though and feel for those who have invested time and money into the game that could possibly be affected. Fingers crossed it doesn't come to that.

And yes you are correct, SuperCell though based out of Helsinki is owned by the Chinese internet giant Tencent.

I know supercell was mentioned in many news articles but I believe in supercell would give answers on privacy and other data related issues and will not get banned

I think no....(for the time being).
Other games owned by by Tencent have not been banned yet.....

I guess this article is what he is referring to:
    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.and...ds-more/%3famp

If Tencent is banned, R.I.P the gaming industry/e-sports in India. All 4 of the biggest games in India are owned by Tencent.

I basically know nothing about the matter, but I would find it unlikely that CoC would get banned in India. So many people from there play the game and generate vast amounts of revenue.
