If your devices are the same make (iOS and iOS or Android and Android) then were you backed up to Google+ or Gamecentre?
If you were just log back into the account and your village should load.
If you didn't back up then Contact support using the in game report an issue feature by:
Opening Clash
Pressing the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Pressing Report An Issue
Pressing Other Problem.
Provide all the details of the village including clan, level etc.
Support may take up to 2 weeks to reply.
If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can either PM support with your ticket number that you will receive in an automated response email OR create another thread stating your ticket number.
If the new device is different (iOS to Android)
Then you will also have to Contact support using the in game report an issue feature by:
Opening Clash
Pressing the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Pressing Report An Issue
Pressing Other Problem.
