Why aren’t updates tested before rollout?

As usual, another update and we have issues. I would like to know why you don’t test before you allow the updates to be downloaded. My neighbors are all having issues, kicked out of valley, dd blank every 3rd or 4th time, chat crashing, friends and followers disappearing, town issues etc, etc, etc
we get excited to see new updates and features and then dread the inevitable disaster of crashes, fixes, no diamonds for inconvenience anymore, derby issues, etc etc. always the same old thing.
i realize hay day is not your most profitable and biggest game but I am sure you make plenty off diamond sales to invest in programming and most certainly you could test it before you make this big mess each upgrade.
I would like to suggest that you try just one time to thoroughly test and troubleshoot the next upgrade just to attempt to please all of your customers.

Internal testing wont detect bugs that are caused specifically by high server loads. Which these seem to be.
