I agree with the OP and you. Quite a few of our clan play The Game That Must Not Be Named because of the different gameplay options/wars that the team can participate in. Gives us a team goal to work towards when we start a war too. I hope Supercell takes our postings as constructive criticism, it's certainly not meant as another "loot complaint thread" like others have implied.
I agree with everyone so far. I'm a nearly maxed th8, and tbh im getting sick of farming. The loot stinks and I have to work so hard for every upgrade it feels like a chore to play this game. If this update isn't good I'm done. Supercell cant just keep releasing new towers or upgrades for just the top few players, they need to appeal to the masses.
If you don't like the game, don't play it.
We aren't forcing you to play it or anything...
If this happens that everyone will have maxed bases within half years time, and people will complain about being bored for having nothing to do and quit faster. A game is only fun when you have a goal to achieve, otherwise there will not be any point in playing it.
I am very casual player myself and CoC is not my "main" game I play, so I did not really get bored after playing for a year (I have a nearly maxed TH9 as well). If I farmed like a madmen everyday I would have quitted more than 6 months ago as well. You can either be casual (like raid once or twice per day) and play something else or just stop playing if it stresses you rather than letting you have fun. Just my 2 cents.
The update should bring most of the people back. People are pretty tired of 1 month with the same theme and no new gameplay
And then people will start complaining about loot because of the activity of people, and we were back where we started 2 months ago...
We don't need to complain, let supercell do what they want. Because they never heard our complain
Even "community manager" rarely post to answer or said something.
Let this game die slowly, now a lot of coc player retired and play 55
I tried so hard to invite my clanmate back to play coc, but sc like don't care about losing mass player

I was just chatting about this with my fellow clan mates. I have been playing since August of 2012 and as great and much fun as I had on my long and tedious journey. I too find COC a bore and quite a nuisance in my daily life ATM.
As many have mentioned on this thread and many many other threads, SC needs to revamp COC or it will soon seize to have its appeal and success.
