I would suggest the font is the same as this for my name "ace of spades" and clan name, "juice o love" and you use our clan logo. Background pick looks cool too. Plus more rounded edges like GameloverHD's.

So, like GameloverHD's, with rounded edges. Text replaced with Ace of Spades rather than GameloverHD and below it Juice O Love. Otherwise, same images as GameloverHD's.
