No, it's not a ♥♥♥♥. The higher you go, and the lower you go, there's gonna be less and less people. When I went to sub-200, I attacked the same person more than once, and that's because there's not many of us down there. That is the same for higher leagues.

getting raided twice or raiding someone twice actually is possible. When i went down to sub200 i raided the same guy twice. It might be just because theres less people to raid in your league.
What I don't understand is how did the attacker create two Freeze Spells and 2 Rage Spells in 2 minutes?
He mustve gemmed his spells and heroes. Or maybe he is somehow ♥♥♥♥ing? Im pretty sure its not possible but hey, its a guess.
