So how’s this CWL going?

Heartbreaker for us. After over a year in Masters1 trying to get into Champs, we tied the first place team in stars, but they had more % so we needed just one more star (or more %) to finally make it to Champs. Our 3 star rate was 21% (boosted by 50% in one war against the last place team which included th12s) and 1 star rate was 4%. Our enemies had a 3 star rate against us of 14% and a 1 star rate of 17%. For those not familiar with Masters1, the teams are usually all th13s, but not close to all max. The bottom half of each team is usually not max and the bottom 1/4 is usually pretty rushed. Our own 3 star rate of 21% was boosted up in that one war by facing 2 or 3 th12s and a couple very low th13s that made for easy 3s.

Second place in Masters1 again for December season. There was one clan that was very underpowered (a former Champs clan so either they broke apart or have multiple clans). Excluding that clan, enemy 3 star rate against us was 14%. Much of that is against our weak th13s. Our 3 star rate was 20%, again more on the lower th13s.

We have 43 minutes to go, have won 3 lost 4, will finish 5th or 6th.

But an absolutely clear case of collusion between two clans in the last war means the wrong clan will be promoted, and we would have finished ahead of the other one if they hadn't.

Final war between those two has finished 45-42, when no clan had previously scored more than 38 in any war (and that only once and against the bottom clan), and the ones who are now winning hadn't conceded more than 30 in any war. We'll be less than 12 stars behind the ones who got 42 there.

Not naming them here, for obvious reasons. I've reported them in-game, but doubt anything will be done

Agree not likely that SC will do anything, but glad you reported. The more that it gets reported (when it is obvious like that) the better chance they start to see it is a problem for more than just Champs1. Unfortunately, they likely also get false reports and other stuff to sift through. They'd be much better just doing it on their own by running the numbers like Onyx used to do. They can easily see the odd war like that without having to rely on getting a report, pulling an individual war, etc. If they would do so and would start handing out punishments, that type of collusion wouldn't happen as often.

We just finished 2nd in CWL this month and I am very proud of my boys. We managed to beat the clan in 2nd place in D7 and managed to beat them by 2 stars overall. We went 5-2 this month. Pretty good compared to 3-4 (November) and 4-3 (October).

I've not been gathering CWL data recently so can't check, but long ago the players and clans involved in 45-45 wars in champs leagues were generally all active in the following months. I think there were just 2 of the 40+ blatant cases I saw in a few months where action had been taken (usually 90% or so of players are in the next 2 CWLs, but for just 2 clans it was 0%). And I was using a minimum score of 44-44 for collusion, so wouldn't even have counted your 45-42 as being blatant enough!

As for our CWL. We were down on the last day. I'd been planning a somewhat risky 3* attempt at the end. Last couple of minutes we realise the enemy might miss an attack as their guy isn't online and so 2* might win. Last second - indeed he doesn't hit, and I fail to adjust properly and manage to pull out my first 1* for a while, costing us promotion. Ugh.

We were missing 4 of our best players as they wanted a break from this month CWL. So we were doing CWL in our Champs 2 clan this month.
We were consistent throughout the week. Averaging 6+ triples every war(47 triples overall).(44.7% Hitrate)
We would have got 18 more triples if not for time fails. Time Fail lost use the war in round 2 where we lost 33-36. (Had 2x99 and 1x96% time fail+ 2 1stars).We lost 33-36 but we had 92% total destruction to their 88%.
But we came back strong in later wars to finish at 1st place with 311 stars to have this clan promoted to Champs 1 as well.
It was a complete team effort with everyone getting atleast 2 triples.
I personally did decent . I had 3 accounts in. Went 3/5 triples on first, 2/4 on second and 1/4 on 3rd. So total 6/13 for me.

There was a incident that I would like to mention here.
One of the clan in our group was an old clan of one of our member. He used to be there long time ago but left due to various reasons.
Their leader contacted me through discord and wanted to colluded with 45-45 war. I refused straightaway of course.
They were good with edrag spam and we had a really close war , as it went to they very last hit at the very last minute Fortunately we tripled and they failed .So we won 35-34 against them. It was a great win . It's way more fun when you beat cheaters

A small sample size of course, but a nice demonstration of the vast difference in skill between Masters1 and Champs1 clans. A 20% three star rate puts us in 2nd place in Masters1 (including last month tied on stars for first place) and that is against much less advanced bases. We had 4 players, including me, with 50% 3 star rates. However, that is not as good as it sounds as we intentionally have our more experienced players pick the bases they have the best chance to 3 star. I'm usually hitting one of the bottom 5 bases or a higher one if it is a teaser base design. There are other players hitting the harder bases for the 2 star.

Thankfully, none of our accounts are rushed, but we are way under nourished for the tier..
Hopefully we get a full turn out and a couple of clans want out.

Running a 1/1/3/6/4.

Getting absolutely stomped, most attacks are 1 or 2 THs up.

Probably gonna end up 5th or 6th.

I guess this is expected whenever you're in a new league.

We are getting pretty well stuffed this week (15v in Masters 2). Looks like we are going to win the current war (the 5th), but have lost all the first 4.

Every war is all TH13 on both sides so far. Though always quite a few non maxed ones.
