    Contact us page keeps loading

    Dear supercell,
    In my account the contract us section keep loading, the message section is not appearing! How to solve this??? If you kindly help I'll be greatful. Thanks.

    Guess loading issue due to slow internet or temporary server issue in your location.

    Try some common steps like:
    - turn off/on device
    - clear cache
    - clear ram
    - turn off background apps
    - check your internet (switch between wifi/mobil)
    - check clash for update
    - check device for update
    - very last option the factory reset

    Bro, I've tried almost everything, except factory reset... Nothing worked. On the same network I can access Contact us section from my other accounts but not this one! Don't know what is the problem!

    It is maybe a temporary issue. Give it some time maybe it works tomorrow or so.

    It's been two days, it's not solved yet! ☹️ The page still not loading!
