The (new) regeneration times are listed in the table of hero levels for each level separately. It just isn’t specifically mentioned they’re reduced.

please do not get me wrong,
the regeneration time say for levels 60-64 Barbarian King used to 46 minutes .... what is this post update? Where does it say how long?
I can see the information for levels 71 - 75 only.

And, assuming there’s a new level for the Dark Barracks..... where’s the info on that?

The dark barrack upgrade info is mentioned in the first post.
