Are you sure you are logged into game centre on the same name and device as you set Hay Day up on? I'm sure someone will be along that can offer more advice.

I've moved this thread into Bugs and Issues, which is the correct place for it. However, without knowing if you are iOS or Android, I've moved into iOS. Having a signature attached to your posts is very helpful to forum members, Mods, and Staff. In your forum profile, tap settings, scroll down the left to Edit Signature, add what you wish (device, level, GC name, FB URL, KIK are all the usual and most helpful details), and save.
If you have an Android device, I will move this post into that category.
