So I used to play Hay Day religiously for years and every so blue moon I come back to check out what's new. Safe to say this recent check back had me appalled to see there are now limits to buying upgrade materials!? Holy moly. It was slow go to upgrade as is. The sad part is, with every new machine and product the more space you need too. The painfully slow upgrading in this game really makes me sad. But for those that have the time I understand why you keep coming back. Gripe over.

While i understand and support SCs motive to go after bot buyers, i do believe the imposed limit is affecting a lot of honest players. I wonder if they considered possible other fixes and if so, which, and why they were discarded.

Supercell please increase the limit. It is really painful to take 4 years just to max barn for honest players. I buy diamonds every month, and always hit the 89 bem limit Everyday. But I still need another 3years to max barn.

This definitely can’t be benefiting the community. Botters are still make a living off HD by selling farms, Bems and food for real cash. They always find a way around whatever SC throws at them. So it is the honest players that lose out.

As far as I am concerned, the limit in EMs reduced the time i spent on hd by 95%. And reduced the real money i spend on the game by 100%.

The bots would still be dealt with if the limit applied only to buying from “strangers”. There should be no limit for friends. At the very least there should be no limit for neighbors... that would solve the problem of transferring EMs between our own farms as well as let us help NH members.

Although I transfer most all EM's to my mini's (but don't have much space in those barns either), I'd be curious to know what impact these limitations have had on the bot activity and if there there is any room for adjusting the limit. (Although we may never know).

Can someone please explain to me the way these bots hijack the game? Was there an automated system to buy EMs?

I feel it does the opposite and makes me not want to waste my time on painfully slow upgrading. 🤷🏻
