    Unhappy My skin for April is disappeared

    My skin for april gold pass has disappeared.
    What I can do in this case?
    Support says, that I have no complete challenges.
    I have no any option to check history of my challenges.
    Im disappointed by this issue.
    It is very demotivating.
    I will never by one more golden pass because of this issue.
    Support is do not help and claims that all is good.

    It doesn’t sound like a purchase issue per se, since there are some basic things the OP should look at:

    Gold pass for April or May?

    Did you reach 2600 points? When you do, the skin is claimed even if you don’t manually claim it.

    If April, it was a Warden skin. Are you th11 or higher? If not, then yes, it will appear as if the Warden skin disappeared. It will be there in the change skin option when you unlock the Warden.

    If you are th11 or higher or if you mean May (the King skin), go to your change skin option on the correct hero. If you paid for the pass and got the points, it will be there.

    Let us know if this solved your problem.

    If not, contact support as Sharky suggested.

    Keep in mind if you claimed other items from the gold pass then request a refund because you can’t find the skin, it might result in adverse action on your account (read this as using the items you paid for then requesting a refund = bad), so I implore that you do the list of common sense checks above before putting your account in jeopardy.

    Gold pass for April.
    I’m sure, that I get 2600 points.
    I have 11th.
    Support claims, that I do not get 2600 point and they cant help me with that.


    For me it is impossible to check information, that support says.
    It is bad user experience.
    I’m not interested in any refund, I want my skin.
    Golden pass is a good feature and I like it, but I dnt get why why support tel me, that they can’t me help with that.
    How I can chack information from support?

    I say ask for a refund, if they won’t give a Refund then ask google or the apple store for a refund (depending on platform)

    Did you collect the Book of Heroes on the silver side at the same point value? If you got it, you have to have the skin. Make sure you check your change skin menu. If you didn’t get to the BoH, you didn’t get the skin. It seems simple, but double-check.

    Support is telling you you didn’t get the points. I don’t think they have a reason to deceive you, and I don’t think they are grossly incompetent to unintentionally mislead you.

    Another thing to consider before requesting a refund: You aren’t paying for the skin. You’re paying for the opportunity to unlock the skin and all the other goodies. If you don’t collect your prizes either because you didn’t get enough points or simply didn’t collect them, you still got what you paid for, the opportunity.

    Do not take this advice. If you didn't complete the gold pass (which is what Support has told you), you did not earn the hero skin. Asking for a refund will likely be seen as abuse and could lead to a permanent ban.

    I think I just delete my acc.
    Support don’t want to help, say only that I not complete challenges.
    It is very frustrating.
