Actually, ranger, that is not true. Each person on Hay Day has a strong material and a weak one. It varies from person to person. Some ppl get lots of screws and no panels, while others get tons of panels and starve for screws.

Just kidding. I agree. Bolts are not rare at all. And all BEM should probably trade at 1:1, though of course everyone's free to do as they please. If you want to trade 20:1 because you're drowning in bolts and desperate for a plank, that's your right. But newcomers should know that 1:1 is the "fair" price.

2:1 in my opinion is fair for silo items > barn items. In my opinion barn is priority in most cases. I offer 2:1 for my silo stuff - apart from nails because I rarely get them.

Hello farmers, I am looking to upgrade soon and am lagging behind in planks. I have the following for trade:

- 30 Axes
- 19 Fish Fillets
- 13 Land Deeds
- 9 Saws
- 7 Mallets
- 2 Stakes

Actually, bolts have always traded higher because of their scarcity. Planks are not rarer. And you just joined in January, so doesn't that make you a newcomer???

Bolts are not really rare. All items drop with the same frequency. Otherwise the one that drops more will be worthless very quickly as there is only 1 method to use them up.

The reason bolts SEEM rare is because people with large barns HORDE them. HOPING for 2:1 trades.

Don't fall for the hype.

No, all items do not fall with the same frequency. If they did, no one would ever need to trade. But people end up with more than one of an item, depending on their farm. It's always been that way. Hence, the high demand for bolts & planks here.
