Unable to press “OK” at derby rewards screen

Derby ended, I did not complete any tasks. Yet they want me to select at least one derby reward as a bunny was caught. However when I try choosing a reward, it doesn’t let me choose one because I have not completed a task.
i tried pressing OK to move on to the next derby screen, but not able to.

already close n re open hay day. Still same problem. Looks like I won’t get to participate in next derby.

I'm sorry to hear of your problem.

No-one on the forum can help you with this issue, unfortunately; we do not have access to game files.

You need to contact Supercell Support.

I hope you are able to get this sorted out.
