Thread: Banned for “phishing”

    There is simply no clear way to review this situation with support other than sending repeated emails from the website form fill. My clan members are telling me to keep sending emails until the village is restored. Sounds like a plan since I have a bit of extra time on my hands without access to my village!

    If anyone can help with other ideas or contact information it would be appreciated. I am even considering going to the Supercell office to plead my case.

    This can also prolong the issue by adding more support requests.

    As it turns out, it certainly is prolonging the issue and making it worse but the wait and see option didn't work either.

    Afaik you have to have a gamecenter account on ios devices to enter the appstore. The gamecenter id is automatically connected to your village.

    Sending mails over and over again can be spamy and slows down the process.

    If they are able to help you then they will ask couple of questions.

    One of my accounts was also banned coz of phishing. But I really dont know what happened. Lucky for me it wasnt my main acc. But it still hurts me to say that my account was involved in phishing but I really didnt do anything like phishing or any other violation for supercell to ban my acc
