    Didn’t get my diamonds I bought

    I bought the diamond package of 4,000 diamonds for $99.99
    Never received the diamonds and the money has come out of my bank account
    I contacted supercell they said it wasn’t their problem to contact Apple
    I contacted Apple and they said it worked on their end
    So now I have $100 plus tax out of my bank account and no diamonds to show for it
    I am very upset with hayday I have spent hundreds of dollars on diamonds every year

    Many players had the same problem in the past and will have in the future.

    It would be great if both Apple Support and Supercell Support work together on these cases, instead of sending their customers in circles.

    I know it’s not fair
    I don’t know what to do
    Really makes me sad
    They should make sure we as customers are happy

    If you have your Apple receipt showing the purchase, take a screenshot and send that along with message to support. Also take a screenshot of your farm as it is now, and if you have a screenshot of your farm before the purchase, it may help as well.

    Diamonds and diamond usage is one thing that can be tracked. Hopefully, this will get resolved.

    You said the funds came out of your bank account. May I ask how the payment routing go for your purchase. Ex: does your itunes payment go through like paypal who in turns takes from your account or do you have some sort of setup that itunes does directly to the bank?

    That is not working. Itunes will say they deposited the diamonds to your account and yet hay day cannot see the transaction. Something is amiss within the transaction/transfer.

    Absolutely no excuse. We made the purchases in good faith and we should get what we pay for.
