    When ever i send msg to SC this OTTO comes with many option and it doesn't help me that's why I'm not able to contact SC staff members through in-game support! If i contact SC through site they always say to me that I've to send this in game support! Tell me what to do?

    Why do you want to opt out from scid? Few months ago we had a discussion about scid and how you should set it up.

    Edit:
    I have the option to opt out from scid. Have you used that feature already? Maybe it got removed due tothat usage.

    I don't think Supercell is biased against the F2P folks (including me). We've got several threads on the forum complaining about Supercell's lack of support from players claiming to have spent hundreds of dollars on the game.

    Take a look at your own thread about the topic.
    - if you have not saved your village with supercell id → save your village with supercell id by using the new email account
    -if your village is already saved with supercell id → contact ingame support and request "opting out from supercell id"

    - if you have not that option click through the options and let it stay for while and take a look what they say. Usually after a while they will ask what you want and then you could describe it by saying "opting out from supercell id".

    That is all you can do.
