Please forgive an obvious question, but has she reached the required level for custom decorations? You need to be Level 71.

I checked, and she’s actually level 167.

Just thought of this. The very first plot is delivered by Alfred. Does she have any waiting package in front of the house? The package maybe in the queue and not delievered yet.

A quick way to check any decoration could be:
- go to edit layout mode
- store all
- look into the tab, 'Custom' in this case
- quit edit mode and DISCARD changes

If she still doesn't have it, she should contact Support.
