    Locked account

    My account (with th11) has been locked by supercell which was connected by supercell account. Now I need help for getting unlocking code.

    yes bro I has replied to all those 4 question but Otto is saying that he can't find any account with the all provide information

    Don't expect account recovery if your answers don't correspond to any account.

    No brp it's my own account but they are saying that they don't found any account related to the given information .
    And it is my th11 it has taken 3 years to do this bro.

    Someoen on forum said that this statement is wrong. The unlock would never been send to the email account after the village was locked. First the clasher must contact the ingame support to verify ownership and only then the code would be given.
