I can’t see the avatars of my play friends or my own

I have tried every possible way, but since the update OS here btw. All I see is rooster pics of my playing friends. I tried to reconnect with Facebook, Checked all things I could think of.. still no Luck.
Any suggestions? Please.

Hi Kangaone,

I'll try to suggest a few things you can do:
- make sure your Facebook app is up to date
- make sure you have enough free space on your device (needed for hay Day to download and store avatar locally)

Then:
- from Facebook app, log out of it completely
- from Hay Day app, "Disconnect" from Facebook
- force close both Facebook and Hay Day app
- open Hay Day app, "Connect" to Facebook like you used to

Does that work? Finger crossed here for you.

Avatar loading consumes device memory and slow down Hay Day (which already consumes lot of memory to display all the graphics in game).

If your device is too old, it might worth a look to see whether this issue happens on a more recent device as well. In the past, I know I had trouble playing Hay Day on device with limited ressources.

Thank you so much for your suggestion and reply to my post Meonhoc, I tried it out. But no such luck, Also my Ipads are fairly new and I have plenty to spare, as you pointed out , Avartars are no essential. So I will just play without them. I get used looking at roosters..
But in my heart I think this might be a supercell issue.
