I think this is extremely overpriced for one decoration, especially since we can’t see all the options ahead of time—and don’t have the option of undoing changes. It bothers me that every time I want to make an upgrade, I can only see the options for the next upgrade—but not for future ones. So I’m eliminating future options without knowing what they are. I think the upgrades would be extremely expensive even if we could see all the possibilities and choose our favorite, but I think the price is ridiculous when we’re largely in the dark about our choices and can’t undo them once made.
I completely agree with this, particularly the “pig in a poke” aspect of not being able to make decisions based on the end product you want. If I could revert to the original freshly-planted sapling, I would.

Wait till players come report that their upgrafe doesn't cost the same because they took a different upgrade path.

Not knowing what exactly I'm going to get, whether it is Tom, derby rewards or decoration cost...., is quite frequent in Hay Day. In my case, it stops me from willing to engage in the action itself. Do better than trigger our curiosity, Hay Day.
