the game tells me the request has been sent but nothing has been done and my castle is still empty.

Does your request appear in your clan chat? Has anyone in your clan the supertroops unlocked which you want?
It doesn’t appear and I haven’t requested any troops not available

I have the same problem with my account
Sometimes when I donate troops to my mini it disappear from clan chat and in my mini the troops are not there. After requesting again after 10 mins and after filling again, now the troops are visible
. After deploying the cc troops in an attack and when I check back , the previous missing troops are now in my cc
It happens many times now
Same here,, i also been experiencing that problem... cant request for reinforcement
Darian said this issue will be fixed in the next optional update. Additionally, make sure you do not leave the app right after donation -- wait filor a moment or two
