    Unfair permanently banned due to bad in game support, but can’t get support to reply?

    My account was unfairly permanently banned due to the robot-like in game support. And I can’t get in contact with actual game support to help me unban my account. The solutions that online resources suggest is putting me in a endless cycle of waiting. I’ve spend too much time and money into this account that I don’t want to give it up. Anyone know what I can do?!?!

    If You Breach ToS OF Supercell They'll BaN You Permanently And It's Final Nobody Never Ever Can Help You Regarding This Issue 😐😐

    But I didn’t try to breach anything, my account was inaccurately banned, and there is nothing I can do about it?

    There is nothing anyone here can do to help. We are just players. You need to continue to be in contact with SC support, be patient and be polite.

    When you get banned it includes a message saying why, what did your message say about why you were banned?

    Contact SC here. Click here for how trophies are calculated. An idea to improve legends here. I wish max players had a separate loot bank as described here. Caution, I often discuss for the sake of discussion and enjoy having my opinion challenged (or approved of) even when I care little about the actual issue. My balance wish: get rid of tornado trap, make it a decoration.

    Account phishing, but that was only because I said I don’t remember exactly when I created my secondary account. The support is putting me in cycles, out of game contact forms tells me to go to in game contact, and in game contact would never reply.

    You'll have to remain patient and polite. Account phishing is something they take very seriously for good reason. For all they know, you were trying to steal someone else's account.

    I am being patient but the support is literally putting me in a endless cycle, the out of game support tells me to go in game, and when I report my issue in game, the support either never replies or if when I report it as an banned account the system says “your account may not be unbanned and we may not contact you”. It’s really frustrating because I can prove that I wasn’t trying to steal account. I used my high school email for my secondary account that is no longer available to me, when I want to ask support for help, I was banned. Now I’ve lose both of my accounts. I’m being polite and am basically begging supercell to look into my case somehow on every social media but it almost like customer support doesn’t even exist. I just don’t want my account to be eventually deleted for something I didn’t do.
