You got the answere three hours ago. It can take several days until you get an answere. Opening multiple support tickets doesnt make it any faster → it slows down the process.
Give the support team the time they need, as wotanwaton said opening multiple support tickets will slow the process and that is a downfall for you, you may also comfuse supercell so I will say that again give them time.
