I’m near max th9...working on dark troops, heroes, and walls. I’ve started using a pekka smash army to help climb a few leagues for better rewards and for a challenge. I don’t know if this is the best combination. Just need thoughts and opinions.
ive been able to 3 star if it’s a mid th9 or lower but not fairing very well with max th9+. What changes should I make besides just more practice? Thanks in advance
I mean if you train 3 eq and bring another eq in cc, so you could have another heal spell up ?
That might help you more? and swap some archers for 3-4 bombs ?

I'm currently using 3 Pekkas, 7 witches, a golem, 6 wizards, 7 archers, 2 rages, 2 jump speels and a poison spell. Having a yeti and another witch in the clan castle with a freeze (all on maxed level) I can achieve 3 stars on many maxed th9 bases (though definitely not all, mostly due to hero levels).
Healers are not an option right now for me because my queen is only level 17, but maybe you could replace the golem and some witches with healers and achieve better results than right now.
I would also use (at least) 4 healers for the queen.
The advantage of those witches is that I can attack th10 bases with single infernos, which is great for farming dark elixir.
4 PEKKAs 8 WB 21 Wiz 2 Baby 3 Rage 3 Freeze. uses ZERO dark! ( I was hunting the stuff for final BK/AQ upgrades)
FWIW i do like your build load out. (I am a Hog/Witch enthusiast) so I dont see a problem with the current load out as you have it.
Now that the update has commenced, I req a Yeti and a Witch in my CC with a Bat spell (or Hogs and a Skelly)
as long as you are flexible something along these lines should work nicely (PEKKA Hog Bat is my other goto CC Req)
if Dark is no matter, then yes keep the Hogs and maybe add a or two Witch to trail the PEKKAs.

I am at a point with two TH9 where everything is maxed except the heroes...
I am doing a funnel with 5 giants and 5 wizards on each side... then drop rage on the middle entry, 6 WB, 2 PEKKA, BOWLER (cc), AQ, BK and last but not least 4 HEALERS ... that's it! I am searching only villages with 3K+ Dark Elixier, even TH10 and sometimes 11... Aim is to not to get too high with trophies and save every drop of DE for the hero-upgrade... usually I can get DE for one hero in one day... buying every book I can get at the trader and I keep my CWL medals for some hammers I will use for the last few levels of both heroes.
Maybe 2 golem 4pekka 14 wizards 2 wall breaker 1 archer 1 healing spell 2 rage spell 1 jump spell and a poison spell can easily 3 star a max th9 with king and queen
