Yesterday I saw this guy on Global chat and he was level 95 with a Maxed Town hall 9 apart from walls which were all level 8, the rest of his buildings were completely maxed, he had 56k Donations, had removed more obstacles than me and done the same acheivements as me, however I am a not even half maxed Town hall level 9 (actually new to Town hall 9) with less donations than him (38k) and the same acheivements yet he was only 1 level higher than me, I am confused to how this works, any ideas?
Were his collectors maxed?

Like I said absolutely everything was maxed for a Town hall 9 Defence wise
You should consider that profile stat tracking wasn't there for a long time. Maybe you donated a lot more than him before it was added.
Fair point but I started playing about two weeks before the profile update came out so I doubt it

there'a a guy in my clan that has nearly completed the TownHall destroyer.
For us farmers, that doesn't happen a lot, but he has been in many many trophy pushes.
5000 town halls at lets say 7 XP each conservatively, is 35,000 XP. That'e enough to get you from level 90 to 96 (or level 70 to 78)
There's teslas too, there are a LOT of XP in good teslas, and you can't see teslas in someone else's base.
Good point about the teslas but my Teslas are level 2 and he claimed his were level 7, he seemed like an honest guy so I am going to believe him on this, also I believe I had destroyed a few hundred more Town halls than him, so that could be another reason
