Message in red “you can’t upgrade any more of these buildings”.

Not sure if anybody else is experiencing this issue. I have a builder and elixir/gold available, getting a message “you can’t upgrade any more of these buildings”. Trying to upgrade a wall piece from 13 to 14, please help.

There only 100 for upgrade available yet. Most likely it will change with the next updaes as it was the same thing with previous wall levels.
