Might as well just post your problem on this thread, because i don't think they are gonna contact you just like that, if its a bug or problem post it it the Sub-Forum Bugs & Problems please!
Do you also try to cut in line at the supermarket ? If there is a thousand email before you then there is a thousand answer to be given before yours.
