Nothing they ask for is even close to impossible. Your device contains most, if not all, of the information needed. The real issue is with the way support handles informing us of consequences. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can lose your account forever with NO prior warning. A simple “if you answer ANY question wrong you will lose your account permanently” would suffice.
