    I had my fair share of communication with the support and actually never got an answer from a bot. But usually I write a wall of text with the detailed situation and already include screens, if I think/know it's needed. But I don't post about stuff already 'known' to the support.
    And as my account was lost, due to a double-bug (phone + google-play back then) I got a fast answer and my issue was resolved on a weekend, within 48h.

    So I can't tell a single bad thing about the support, but know others have completely different stories to tell.
