Help for ♥♥♥♥ed Game Center

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help my clanmate. He says that someone else has access to his Clash game. This person has been raiding, moving buildings around, and leaving our clan to join other ones. He also says that he's never shared his GC password with anyone else. Of course, it's possible that he's not telling the truth, and it's also possible that he *is* telling the truth and that any advice I give will actually get to the culprit instead of my clanmate, but is there anything he can do to fix this?

Did he logged his GC into someone else device at some point in time, on which he didn't log off ?

I don't know. Right now he (or the other person) looks to be clan hopping so I can't ask him. If he did, is there some way to recover control of his account?

If his village his loaded on someone else device then no he can't do anything. Even if he change his password the village is still stored locally. He need to contact support, I don't what they can do but they are the only one who can do something. The wait time is rather long (3 weeks).
