A supercell podia criar uma aba na loja para converter ouro/elixir da vila principal para ouro/elixir da casa do construtor,mas com um taxa de pagamento,EX:10000 da vila principal vira 9000 na casa do construtor

If i read it correct you want to exchange ressources from main village to builder base and backwards → ressource trading/exchanging is ruled out.
