    I can’t buy anything

    Hi. It won’t let me buy anything, I tried to buy the town hall 8 pack and it said the purchases was successful but I just get this grey screen, it already charged me for the purchase but I don’t have any of the loot I bought yet. The same thing happened with Clash Royale purchase and still waiting for it to go through, it’s been over an hour. How can I contact support about this?

    As a long time forum regular, you should know by now we are all just players like you, and you need to contact support for any issues of this type.

    Hi. I purchased some gems but they have not been received. They have appeared on another one of my accounts. Also purchased the AQ skin but have not received it and it lets me purchase another one. I’m now £50.00 out of pocket as it’s been taken from my account. Contacted super cell but they have not been of any help, just directing me to apple. Can any one please help as to what I can do to get this resolved. Thanks.

    As stated by Warios - nobody here on the forums can help you. You need to contact SuperCell in game or out of game (via email)...

    No one on forum is able to help you and you have to stay in contact with the ingame support and apple support.

    Wait 24 hours, and if it still has not gone through, then father your receipts and contact support. Also, be prepared to contact your purchasing store in case Supercell Support directs you there.
